The online booking form is carefully designed to improve your overall check-in and check-out experience by saving time on the service day. When completing the form, you will be asked to provide your contact information, a brief description of your bike, and details about the repair issues you are experiencing. Payment information is collected at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, and if you need to cancel for any reason, your payment will be refunded according to our cancellation policy.

On the scheduled community service day, please arrive at our central repair location with your bike at the assigned time. While everyone in the community shares the same start time, our team is well organized to process all check-ins quickly and smoothly. One of our experienced mechanics will review your booking details with you and carry out a thorough assessment of your bike. Before any work begins, the scope of repairs and the final cost will be clearly discussed and agreed upon, and your credit card charges will be adjusted if there is any difference from the initial booking estimate. Once the repairs are completed, you will receive a call to let you know your bike is ready for pick-up, with most services completed on the same day.
