This two day advanced sailing course is designed for experienced sailors looking to gain the skills and confidence needed to skipper a cruising catamaran. Running from 9am to 5pm on consecutive days, the program focuses on real world, hands on learning aboard a liveaboard catamaran. Participants will build practical knowledge while operating vessels approximately 30 to 45 feet in length, developing a deeper understanding of multihull handling in a variety of conditions.

Throughout the course, students will learn catamaran structure and systems, performance under sail and power, seamanship, and safety procedures. Training also covers heavy weather operation in winds up to 30 knots, emergency response, and coastal or inland navigation during a multi day cruise. This course is ideal for sailors who already hold ASA 101, 103, and 104 certifications and are ready to advance their skills. Study materials are included to support learning before and during the course.
