Learn The Ropes

The Learn The Ropes sailing experience is designed for beginners as well as those with some prior sailing experience who want to refresh or improve their skills. This two-hour session provides a relaxed and informal way to gain confidence on the water without the pressure of a formal class. At the start of the sail, your instructor will discuss your goals and focus on the specific skills or techniques you wish to develop, tailoring the experience to your needs. The session is ideal for anyone looking to "dip their toe in the water" and explore the basics of sailing in a hands-on and supportive environment.

Participants will sail aboard one of the new Jeanneau 349 monohull sailing vessels, offering a comfortable and modern platform for learning. Under the guidance of experienced captains, you will gain practical knowledge in sail handling, boat maneuvers, and other essential aspects of sailing. While this session provides valuable instruction and hands-on practice, it does not confer any formal certification. The Learn The Ropes sail offers an enjoyable and educational way to enhance your sailing skills while experiencing the thrill of navigating on open water.
