Sólheimajökull, an impressive outlet glacier of Mýrdalsjökull, Iceland’s fourth-largest glacier, stretches out before you, framed by some of the country’s most majestic volcanoes and dramatic landscapes. This easily accessible meeting point allows you to experience one of Iceland’s natural wonders without the need for long transfers.

After meeting your certified glacier guide at the parking area, you’ll be fitted with crampons and provided with an ice axe and helmet before stepping onto the ice.
