Goðafoss is one of the most famous waterfalls in Iceland for a good reason. It is wide and powerful and you can get incredibly photogenic shots from every angle. The waterfall is very easy to reach with parking available on both sides of the river.
One of the most known and popular waterfalls in Iceland, part of Diamond Circle day tour from Akureyri. Easily reachable from Akureyri, some 35 min drive if you go via paid tunnel. Its on Ring Road and there is all the infrastructure, shops here. Free parking. Name “Waterfall of gods” comes from the fact that pagan idols were cast into the river here after Iceland adopted Christianity in 1000 AD.
Nice waterfall. The west bank parking had less people but east bank offered better views and a way to get down to the water. There's a walking bridge that connects the different sides of the falls. The path and parking lots are very handicap accessible. There's no drone and camping signs posted, but there were many drones flying.
