Dare I say… the best fish & chips in Dublin? I picked the haddock, and the fish was just so full. Wine? Different and with unique flavours. The place is small, but it creates an intimate experience that I do not think you will get anywhere else in Dublin. Overall, a very enjoyable meal, with lovely staff members, and will definitely come back!
The "Fish n Chips" gem of Ireland. Tried multiple different places while in Ireland and this by far had the best fish n chips. Lovely hole in the wall type of restaurant. Beautifully decorated, the staff is excellent(and quite funny), with a multitude of wines to pair with your dinner. You'll need a reservation (unless you get super lucky and they have an opening!) Loved the place, truly marvelous!
This is very nice seafood spot in Dublin that offers great quality at a reasonable price. if it is your first time here and you are looking for good fish dishes, I strongly recommend visiting this place. Even if there are other good seafood places around, the most of them are a bit more expensive than this one. I went for grilled john dory, and it was excellent. The flesh was tender and juicy, and the olive oil and herbs beautifully enhanced the flavor. FYI, if you are planning to come with a group, you should make a reservation in advance. Even if you are dining solo, booking ahead is recommended.
