Sewing Lesson: Wrap Top (Amsterdam West)

Join a three-hour sewing lesson in our Sewing Café and create your own easy-to-make Tied Top using materials from our store. You can select from a variety of organic fabrics and colors during the class. The lesson uses our Tied Top pattern from the De Steek zero-waste collection, allowing you to learn essential sewing techniques while creating a stylish, eco-friendly garment. This workshop is suitable for all skill levels and provides hands-on experience with the sewing machine and serger, including cutting fabric, basic stitching, assembling, and working with stretchy materials. The pattern is designed to use the full width of the fabric with minimal waste and is one-size, fitting sizes S to L.

This class is taught in both Dutch and English, ensuring everyone can follow along comfortably. If you need more time to finish your top, it is possible to extend your class or schedule a follow-up session. Participants can also receive a digital version of the pattern after the lesson. Please make sure to cancel at least one day in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, as late cancellations will result in the loss of your booking. By the end of the session, you will leave with a finished Tied Top and the skills to continue sewing with confidence.
