Welcome back to our embroidery series, designed for those ready to expand their stitching skills. This follow-up class allows you to explore a variety of exciting embroidery techniques under the guidance of an expert instructor. You will learn new stitches including Threaded Backstitch, Couching, Fishbone Stitch, French Knot, Lazy Daisy Stitch, and Long and Short Stitch. The session provides ample practice time and personal guidance, helping you gain confidence while creating a beautifully stitched sampler that you can incorporate into future embroidery projects. This workshop is suitable for anyone with prior embroidery experience, whether gained in our beginner class or elsewhere.
Embroidery thread, fabric, and a needle are provided, so all you need to bring is your embroidery hoop, creativity, and enthusiasm. If you do not have a hoop, one can be purchased in our Craft Store. This class offers a creative and inspiring environment for refining your technique while enjoying a hands-on, engaging session. Starting January, all Crafts Café workshops, courses, and lessons will take place at our Amsterdam West location, providing a welcoming space for all your crafting activities.

I needed a club logo embroidered onto my leather golf bag. I struggled to find anywhere in Dublin who could do it (couldn't do leather, large minimum orders etc). I also scoured London as I travel there with work. A friend recommnded a stitch in time. I contacted Sarah, sent her the logo and sure enough she quoted me a very reasonable price, no MOQ and could do it quickly. I dropped the bag (pocket) off and 2 days later I collected it. The quality is impeccable and I cannot rate the service any higher. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I heard about them through another mother at our school, apparently iron on tags get cut off, but A Stitch in Time beautifully stitches your child's initials on the outside of their uniform including gym gear and coats in thread that compliments the uniform colour. They went out of their way to ensure all uniform items were ready before school started and the stitching looks superb and is top quality. Dean was great to deal with too. I highly recommend this company.
