Koloa Landing 2-Tank Shore Dive

Koloa Landing on the South Shore of Kauai offers guided shore dives at several beautiful locations, providing an excellent experience for divers of all skill levels. Operating seven days a week with check-ins at 8 am and 1:30 pm, these four-hour dives are perfect for anyone looking to get back into diving or to explore Kauai’s rich marine life up close. Small groups of no more than four divers ensure a personalized experience, and certified and non-certified divers are generally not mixed unless requested. Each dive includes an orientation and ecology briefing covering animal behavior, safety procedures, gear, and hand signals, giving divers a well-rounded understanding of the underwater environment before they enter the water.

The dive sites range from 15 to 45 feet and feature abundant marine life and unique underwater topography, with easy entries and minimal swell. Instructors often know the homes and breeding areas of some of Kauai’s rarest creatures, offering divers an unforgettable opportunity to see animals not commonly found elsewhere. High-quality rental gear is available, including full packages with mask, fins, snorkel, regulator, weight-integrated BCD, and wetsuit, or individual pieces as needed. For certified divers who haven’t dived in more than two years, a refresher option is offered, including a 30-minute academic review followed by a guided dive, with check-in required 30 minutes prior to the standard dive time.
