Koloa Landing Night 1-Tank Shore Dive

Koloa Landing on the South Shore of Kauai offers guided shore dives at several beautiful locations, making it an ideal experience for divers of all skill levels. Operating seven days a week with check-in at 5 pm, each dive lasts approximately three hours. Small groups of up to four divers ensure personalized attention, and certified and non-certified divers are generally not mixed unless requested. The dive includes an orientation and ecology briefing covering animal behavior, safety procedures, gear use, and hand signals, preparing divers for a safe and engaging underwater adventure.

The dive sites range from 15 to 45 feet and are rich with marine life and unique underwater landscapes. Entries are easy and the water is generally calm, providing a comfortable diving experience. Instructors often know the locations and habits of some of Kauai’s rarest marine animals, giving divers a unique opportunity to observe creatures not commonly found elsewhere. High-quality rental gear is available as a full package or in individual pieces. For certified divers who have not dived in more than two years, a refresher option is offered, which includes a 30-minute academic review followed by a guided dive. Participants opting for the refresher must check in 30 minutes prior to the standard dive time.
