Discover SCUBA diving on Kauai’s South Shore with an experience designed for first-time divers. No prior experience is necessary, and you will receive personal guidance from our experienced SCUBA instructors. The adventure begins with a one-hour academic lesson where you will learn the essential skills, safety procedures, and techniques needed for a safe and enjoyable dive. This lesson ensures that you feel confident and prepared before entering the water.

After the lesson, you will participate in two guided dives led by your instructor, who will stay with you for the entire duration. This allows you to explore Kauai’s vibrant underwater environment while feeling supported and safe. The experience is suitable for anyone aged ten and older who is in good medical health. If you are unsure about the health requirements, you can review the medical history questionnaire or contact the team for guidance. The full experience lasts approximately four hours and includes snacks, drinks, and all necessary rental gear.
