Discover SCUBA diving on Kauai’s South Shore with an experience designed for first-time divers. No prior experience is necessary, and you will receive personal guidance from our experienced SCUBA instructors. The adventure begins with a one-hour academic lesson where you will learn the essential skills, safety procedures, and techniques needed for a safe and enjoyable dive. After the lesson, you will participate in two guided dives led by your instructor, who will stay with you for the entire duration. Georgia and Drew were really friendly and welcoming. They were a perfect mix of professional, knowledgeable, and chill. We felt very safe diving with Georgia and she gave us enough freedom where it felt like we were able to explore underwater somewhat independently while she still constantly checked up on us to make sure we were checking our oxygen levels and were having a good time. She expertly navigated us through the Sheraton Caverns and it was one of my favorite dives. You can tell how much she respects the marine life. Drew also made us feel very safe with him, and he expertly stopped when he saw a big wave coming. We never felt like we were going to be seasick and never struggled to be comfortable in the boat. We would definitely book with them again!

During my trip I did a shore dive with Jimmy and Pearl, a boat dive with Logan (and Drew as our captain), and a night dive with Alejandra and they were all incredible. We saw so many turtles during the dives and saw two sleeping octopus during the night dive!! Every instructor was very warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend diving with Dive Kauai!

We had an absolutely amazing time on our dive tour with Dive Kauai! AJ was an incredible dive master—super knowledgeable, fun, and great at pointing out all the cool things underwater. And our captain Nick and co-captain Nick were fantastic! We felt so safe the entire time, and they took care of everything, from setting up our gear to making sure we had the best possible dive experience. Originally, we were supposed to go to one dive spot, but they quickly realized the conditions weren’t great (lots of current), so they had a backup plan ready to go. And honestly? It worked out perfectly. The new spot was incredible! We saw so many turtles, tons of fish, and just had an all-around unforgettable dive. Everything about this tour was top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re thinking about booking—do it! You won’t regret it.

We had an amazing time diving with Dive Kauai! Our boat dive today took us to Sheraton Caverns and Harbor Ledges, and it was truly unforgettable. They provided all needed equipment and it was in excellent condition. Sheraton Caverns offered some exciting pass-through cave diving, and the sea life was incredible—we spotted about a dozen turtles, an eel, and so much more! The water was crystal clear and fairly warm, making it a perfect day for diving. Our only regret was not bringing our GoPro to capture the experience. Nick and Georgia were our guides, and they were absolutely fantastic. Not only were they hilarious and engaging, but they were also highly professional and made us feel safe and well cared for throughout the trip. Between dives, they provided a great assortment of snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to diving with Dive Kauai again in the future!
