Discover SCUBA diving on Kauai’s South Shore with a hands-on experience designed for first-time divers. No prior experience is necessary, and you will receive personal guidance from our skilled SCUBA instructors. The experience begins with a one-hour academic lesson where you will learn the essential skills and safety procedures needed for a safe and enjoyable dive. This lesson ensures that you are fully prepared and confident before entering the water.

After the lesson, you will participate in a guided dive tour led by your instructor, who will stay with you for the entire dive. The tour allows you to explore Kauai’s beautiful underwater environment while feeling safe and supported. The program is suitable for anyone aged ten and older who is in good medical health. If you are unsure about the health requirements, you are encouraged to review the medical history questionnaire or contact the team for guidance. The entire experience lasts approximately three hours and includes snacks, drinks, and all necessary rental gear.
