Tours are designed with guest comfort in mind and may be rescheduled in case of rain, especially for open sided vehicles. If the tour is cancelled before it begins, guests will be contacted promptly and can select an alternate date or receive a full credit voucher for future use. Partial cancellations after the tour starts will still include dinner and sundowners, with a proportionate credit issued for the uncompleted portion. Credit vouchers can also be applied toward membership, gift shop purchases, or bookings at the lodge, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all participants.
