Tours are designed with guest safety and enjoyment in mind and may be postponed due to rain, especially for open sided vehicles. If the tour is cancelled before it begins, an alternate date or full credit voucher is offered. Partial cancellations after the tour starts will still include dinner and sundowners, with a proportionate credit voucher provided for the unfinished portion. Vouchers can also be applied to future tours, encounters, admissions, membership, or gift shop purchases, offering flexibility and convenience for all.
