Tours are designed with guest comfort and safety in mind, and may be postponed due to rain, especially for open sided vehicles. If the tour is cancelled before starting, an alternate date or full credit voucher is offered. In the event of a partial cancellation after the tour begins, dinner and sundowners will continue, and a proportionate credit voucher will be provided for the uncompleted portion. Credit vouchers can also be used for future tours, encounters, admissions, membership, or gift shop purchases, providing flexibility and peace of mind for all participants.

Really nice bird show, the team seems very interested in the birds and seems to be doing a good job! They are so passionate and interestingly explain everything about the birds. Good for all ages!

Just amazing to be so close to such giant birds. The sea eagle is so impressive I never knew they could be so big. The twisted chip takeaway is close to this area and is a must stop and shop. Salt and vinegar twisted chip on a stick is the nicest crisp I have ever tasted and I highly recommend it. Be sure to buy a drink also. Total cost was €5.50 as far as I can remember for a bottle of fanta and this magnificent bag of crisps on a stick lol. Worth it 👍
