Cheetah Walk

Step into the wild side with the Complete Cheetah Experience and accompany Solo, our rare single-birth cheetah, on his daily enrichment walk through an off-display section of the National Zoo and Aquarium. Over 30 minutes, guests will join Solo and his keepers as they explore the undeveloped areas of the zoo, learning about his behaviour, care, and the enrichment practices that keep him healthy and engaged. The walk offers a unique perspective on life as a cheetah, including a stop at Solo’s lookout, where you can enjoy the views and observe this magnificent animal up close in a safe and supervised setting.

This immersive experience includes zoo entry and the guidance of experienced keepers, ensuring a safe and informative encounter. Guests are encouraged to bring a sense of adventure and wear comfortable walking shoes, as part of the tour involves exploring natural terrain. Due to the specialised nature of this encounter, terms and conditions apply, and availability is limited to ensure the welfare of the animals.
