I went here not sure of what to expect, but it was an outstanding night and exceptional cooking class. We learn how to make pasta with care from start to finish, from the ingredients, to the rolling process, cutting and shaping. We learnt about making other authentic Italian recipes like focaccia (the traditional recipe may surprise you). Anna Maria was our chef and host, she had a great knowledge of the Italian food in all regions including Puglia. Among us, people from many different countries and cultures. By the end of the night it felt like a dinner party with long standing friends. It was a great experience I would highly recommend.
