A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Masseria Fragnite We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Masseria Fragnite, and it was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, the experience was warm, authentic, and incredibly memorable. We were so well looked after by the lovely Lucia, whose passion and knowledge shone through every part of the tour. She was not only informative but also incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to explain everything so beautifully and making sure we felt welcome at every step. One of the standout moments was the mozzarella-making demonstration, brought to life by the brilliant and entertaining maestro cheesemaker, Pietro. His skill, energy, and charisma made the experience so engaging and fun — we were captivated from the first stretch of curd to the final delicious bite. We also got to see the cows being milked and toured the cheese room, gaining a real appreciation for the care and craftsmanship behind every product made at the Masseria. To top it all off, we were treated to a picnic basket filled with the most delicious delights produced right there on the farm, everything was fresh, flavorful, and a true taste of Puglia. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and a deep appreciation for the incredible work being done at Masseria Fragnite. If you're in the area, do not miss this experience, it's an authentic and joyful immersion into local tradition at its very best.

A great place to experience Puglia at its best. The tour shows how they make the local cheese in the traditional way. You see the cows in their habitat, including the baby calves. An unforgettable experience. And the samples are plentiful with cheeses, local wine and spreads. You can also buy the local products in their shop.

Highly recommend!! We were staying in a trullo nearby and booked the mozzarella experience tour- offered in English. We saw mozzarella making, the cows, the cold room for aging cheese- and overall learned a lot about the process. The sampling at the end had very generous portions too! All around with the price. The staff is super kind and wish them so much success! Message them on WhatsApp to connect! A highlight of our trip to Puglia

I would highly recommend a visit. We went as a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed it. You will see cows, calves, learn about farming, milk products and how mozzarella and other cheeses are made. There is a lovely picnic at the end with a good selection of different types of mozzarella, several cheeses, capocollo, other home made local products, rose local wine and water. A worthwhile visit at a reasonable price.
