Recently, our colleagues and I decided to hold a team-building event at the Rome Cooking Club. We were greeted by our incredible specialist William❤️ who helped us learn all the intricacies of preparing Italian dishes. We prepared two types of pasta: carbonara and ravioli, as well as a classic dessert—tiramisu. The master class was fun and easy, and as it turned out, all the dishes were quite easy to prepare, so we will all add them to our daily menu in the future. I would also like to note the clean kitchen and cooking area, which I, as a lover of cleanliness, really liked 👍 We honestly recommend visiting this master class if you are in Rome. Alla prossima avventura culinaria! 🇮🇹👩‍🍳

This cooking class was one of our favorite things of our trip! The chefs were all so organized and every step was so efficient. They offered us lots of wine and big portions of our pasta we made. We left stuffed. And I genuinely feeling like we learned how to make the pasta and sauces after we were done! Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful time in this cooking class! Chef William was fun, personable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We learned how to make Cacio e Pepe, ravioli, and spaghetti from scratch — and everything turned out delicious! William shared great tips and made sure everyone was involved throughout the class. It was such a highlight of our trip to Rome, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable hands-on experience.

My girlfriend and I attended the pizza-making class today and had a very good evening. We are leaving feeling quite satisfied and with some great new skills. Our hosts, Riccardo and Guglielmo, were excellent. They were extremely competent and clearly knew their craft, guiding us through the process with skill. What truly stood out, however, was their great hospitality and genuine warmth. The atmosphere was very heartfelt and welcoming, they maintained a wonderful humorous and attentive manner throughout the class. It was their personal touch that made the evening feel so special —we felt completely comfortable, almost like being at a relative’s house. We had a lovely time, and the quality of the instruction was high. Riccardo and Guglielmo are a wonderful team, and we would certainly recommend this class to anyone.

A great activity! Jasmin was really engaging and clearly knew how to make pasta. We visited a local store and sampled goods, without it feeling overly “touristy”. I feel like I have learned some great skills that I can now use at home to make fresh pasta.

This was such an incredible experience! Ricardo was funny, charismatic, so knowledgeable about food, and an amazing teacher. When we come back to Rome we will 100% book this class. There’s a reason he has the highest rating out of all of the other classes. Please please take this class, you will not regret it. We had such a good time. Ricardo is also a sommelier so the wine pairings and selections went so well with the pasta and cheeses.

What a fabulous evening we had! I wish I remembered our guide's name - exactly - Lauriana? She was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the local shop to taste cheeses and pitchers, and of course a little wine! Then off to make some pasta! We can't wait to try making it ourselves. After working with her, it doesn't seem nearly as daunting as before and it was probably our favorite meal of the trip! Thank you so very much!!!

Our guides Toni and Jasmine were amazing, it’s clear they love what they do and want to pass on everything they know about Roman food and pasta making to others. We had a lovely time getting to know them and learning more about local foods!

We had the most amazing time! My daughter and I had an unforgettable experience — Toni and Jasmin welcomed us like family and had us laughing from start to finish. We made pasta, drank wine, devoured some of the best gelato we’ve ever had, and even picked up some fascinating history about the area. On top of that, they shared brilliant insider tips about Rome and recommended some incredible spots to eat. We were lucky to share the evening with a fantastic group of people, which made the experience even more special. Our only regret? That we didn’t have time to do it all over again! Thank you, Jasmin and Toni — this was hands down one of the highlights of our trip and gave my daughter and me memories we’ll cherish forever.
