This was easily my favorite night in Rome and the best food we ate! Andrea is a master at his craft, extremely personable, friendly, and fun! The whole evening was great, the food was immaculate, and I learned a lot about Roman cuisine. 100/10 recommend Cooking Classes in Rome!

I’m sure there’s a number a great cooking classes in the area. However, I’m sure there is none better than classes from Chef Andrea. We took our first class in 2018, (first anniversary ) and just took our second class today. Both were very memorable experiences. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. The food, cooking knowledge, and wine were exceptional, but the conversations, laughs and memories are even better. Today, one of the other guests was from my home town!! We grew up an unbelievable 2 miles apart 5000 miles from Rome. Thanks again Chef Andrea for making this a special day! A few pics from 2018 included!

I LOVED Cooking Classes in Rome with Chef Andrea. It was my favorite part of a trip to Rome I took in 2012, and again in 2025 Chef Andrea beats all. He is fun to cook with, interesting to learn from, and his food is unbelievably good. He is calm in the midst of a lot of people cooking and humbly served us the food when we were done cooking. He had us cook 7 different recipes (and shares them all with you so you can cook them when you are home). If you have teens, don’t be afraid. Chef Andrea did great with my 3 teens (and non-cooking husband)! Cooking Classes in Rome is truly one - now two - of the best experiences of my life!

Cooking with Chef Andrea was the highlight of our experience in Rome! We made carbonara pasta, risotto, chicken, and chocolate lava cake paired with house wines. The food was absolutely delicious and the experience is something we will remember and enjoy for a lifetime. We’re loving recreating these dishes at home and sharing with family and friends.

We took a cooking class with Chef Andrea Consoli on our last day in Rome & it was a wonderful experience & one of the highlights of our trip. He made it a point to choose recipes with some of our favorite ingredients & the wine pairings were excellent. I highly recommend taking a class with him.
