As the owner of olive groves in the Cordoban countryside, I invite you to join me on a truly local experience where you’ll discover everything about olive oil production and everyday life in Córdoba beyond the usual tourist spots. This immersive journey is designed to help you understand not just how olive oil is made, but also the deep cultural and historical ties it has to the city and its people.

We'll take a unique 10-stop walking route through Córdoba City, where I’ll share stories and insights at each location. You’ll learn about organic grocery traditions, visit a traditional market, walk along the Street of Bread Tribute, the Street of Olive Oil, the Club of Jewellers, Vinegar Street, and even see historic wine advertisements from the Montilla-Moriles Denomination of Origin. We’ll also explore an old area once known for spice trading, especially focused on peppers, revealing how trade shaped the flavors of local cuisine.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 7 different olive oils, featuring various olive varieties and Denominations of Origin. You'll learn how to taste, compare, and appreciate the nuances of high-quality oils. To finish, we’ll enjoy a traditional “Miller’s Breakfast” — a rustic and authentic way to experience the product as locals do.
