Full day in Cordoba between Vineyards and Olive Trees with a Convertible Car

This unique food and wine tour offers an unforgettable journey through the heart of Córdoba and its surrounding countryside, guided by one of Spain’s top sommeliers, Mara de Miguel. The experience begins with a morning olive oil tasting featuring four exceptional varieties, enjoyed alongside stunning panoramic views of the Andalusian landscape. It’s a perfect introduction to the region’s rich agricultural heritage and sensory pleasures.

Next, we’ll explore the vineyards on foot, tasting four local wines right in their own plots to deepen your understanding of the area's viticulture. Our journey continues with a visit to one of the most prestigious wineries in the region, where you’ll taste two aged balsamic vinegars and enjoy a glass of wine in their boutique shop. For lunch, we’ll sit down in a charming old-school tavern to experience traditional Cordobesian cuisine in a relaxed and authentic setting.

In the afternoon, we’ll uncover a little-known secret: many of the world’s finest whiskies are aged in casks from Montilla-Moriles. We’ll visit a local cooperage (barrel maker), learn about the craft, and sample a whisky matured in one of their signature barrels. Finally, we’ll return to Córdoba for one last scenic stop before dropping you off at your hotel.
