The class begins with the art of pizza making, one of Italy's most beloved and iconic dishes. Under the expert guidance of our experienced chef, you will learn the entire process from kneading the dough to creating the perfect tomato sauce, and finally, adding fresh, seasonal toppings. You will uncover the secrets to achieving the perfect pizza crust and explore the techniques that make Italian pizza truly unique. Our chef will share insider tips and tricks to ensure you leave with the skills to recreate this delicious dish at home.
After mastering the pizza, it’s time for the sweet finale: Tiramisù, one of Italy's most famous desserts. You’ll discover how to layer the creamy mascarpone filling with perfectly soaked lady fingers, and infuse the dessert with the rich aroma of coffee and a dusting of cocoa. Our chef will guide you through each step, sharing expert knowledge on how to achieve the perfect balance of textures and flavors. By the end of the class, you'll feel like a true pastry chef, having created your own homemade tiramisù from scratch.

We booked the pasta and tiramisu cooking class where we learned to make 3 types of pasta- pici, tagliatelle and ravioli and then tiramisu. Dennis, our instructor, was helpful and very entertaining. After the class portion, we were taken to the restaurant and enjoyed the 3 types of pasta. We were served water, house wine and bread with our dinner. For dessert we enjoyed the tiramisu we'd made earlier. The class portion of the evening lasted just over an hour and we enjoyed prosecco as we were making the pasta. We enjoyed our evening and would recommend the class!

We joined a class on a Friday afternoon with Dennis, the instructor, and three other groups. It was a lovely experience to make three pastas and assemble a tiramisu. Unexpectedly, the communal meal was the highlight for me to eat the food everyone made with wine and hear about the loves of other travelers in a lovely restaurant space.

Fun and delicious afternoon learning to make three different pastas and some tiramisu. We enjoyed eating it all at the restaurant afterwards as a group. Great atmosphere and very helpful instructor. Mad I can’t remember his name. Recommendation was in Rick Steves book and it was well worth it!!!

The cooking class at Fonte Giusta Academy was wonderful! The staff was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. They made learning to prepare pasta quite enjoyable. My girls and I had a great time and would highly recommend! Ciao!

Denis has welcomed us very well, and teached us pasta recipes that i will re use. Super lesson, super chef, and the diner was excellent. We met great people from san francisco (hi Joe!) and Montréal (hi Camille and Denise!). Really a great and fun pasta lesson with great people.
