The experience begins with a visit to Florence's central market, where your expert chef will guide you in selecting the finest, freshest ingredients. Afterward, you’ll head to the cooking school to begin preparing your meal. Over the course of four hours, you’ll create a full Italian meal, from appetizer to dessert. You’ll prepare fresh pasta from scratch, make a variety of sauces (Tomato, Ragù Bolognese, or Pesto), and create a delicious bruschetta starter, followed by a mouthwatering dessert.
Your chef will teach you how to plate and present your dishes, which you’ll enjoy for lunch, paired with local wine, water, or a soft drink of your choice. At the end of the class, you'll receive a signed Participation Certificate and the recipes for all the dishes you’ve prepared, so you can recreate them at home and impress your loved ones.
