After your Roman holiday, you will take home not only memories and photos but also the skill to prepare two of Italy’s most iconic dishes — the classic Tonnarelli cacio e pepe and the irresistible Tiramisù. Guided by an expert local chef, you’ll learn every step of the process, from kneading, rolling out, and cutting fresh pasta to mastering the perfect creamy balance between pecorino cheese and black pepper. The experience is hands-on, fun, and deeply authentic, allowing you to connect with Roman culinary traditions in a personal way. The result is a dish so rich and flavorful that you’ll be amazed by your own creation.

The delicious journey continues as you prepare Tiramisù, Italy’s most beloved dessert, learning the techniques that make it so fresh and indulgent. You’ll be involved in every stage of the preparation, ensuring you can recreate it perfectly once back home. After two and a half hours of cooking and learning, sit down to enjoy your homemade meal paired with a well-deserved glass of wine. This experience is a perfect blend of learning, laughter, and taste — an unforgettable way to immerse yourself in Roman food culture. Buon appetito!

Sunny was my instructor and she was amazing, the class wasn’t too big and was lovely, she was very educating. I would definetly recommend this class and would take another one in the future! They had lots of alcohol for the guests aswell as non alcoholic options for me. Thanks again

We just booked the "Hands on Pizza and Tiramisu" for our kids, 7 and 4 years old, as a surprise during our time in Rome...and they have enjoyed this experience sooooo much. And we too!!!. The place to cook was close to the Basilika Santa Maria Maggiore and we were received by Larissa, a full charming, sympathetic, happy and nice chef who was the best key point of the whole experience. As well, Bia was there in the background, helping our chef and both of them they were wonderful with our kids, with us and all the customers (coming from UK, USA and Switzerland). We started with a glass of Prosecco (and soda for the kids) and after a good introduction, we were taken to the kitchen to prepare our own Tiramisu that it was a wonderful end for the morning. Later on, we prepared our pizzas 🍕 and it was so much fun. Result: HAPPINESS 100% and remarkable experience for the kids and parents.

Our tour guide, Anna, was amazing!!! She did such a great job of telling us about Rome cuisine. She was very knowledgeable and funny. We learned about the Dos and Donts and had a great experience with our small group of 12. 10/10 would recommend!!!
