During our Gastro Promenade, you will enjoy a unique experience that combines three incredible events in one day – tea tasting, wine tasting, and a hands-on Georgian cooking master class. Begin with an authentic tea ceremony led by a tea master who will teach you how to select and brew tea like a professional, ensuring you can recreate this ritual at home to impress your friends and family. Then, dive into the world of Georgian cuisine as you learn to prepare iconic dishes such as Khinkali and Adjarian Khachapuri. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, you’ll discover essential cooking techniques and secrets that make these traditional recipes so special, all in a warm and interactive setting.
Next, we’ll take you to a cozy wine cellar for a memorable tasting session featuring some of Georgia’s most celebrated wines. From traditional Georgian winemaking methods to European techniques, you will explore different styles and flavors while learning about the rich history of Georgian viticulture. An experienced sommelier will share expert insights, helping you develop a new appreciation for wine and understand the unique character of Georgian varieties. Hide Restaurant truly lives up to its name — tucked away in a cozy corner, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxed yet stylish dining experience. The ambiance is warm and modern, with soft lighting and great music that sets the mood. We tried several dishes, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I indulged myself into khinkali and kachapuri which i missed so much.

We had lunch there and ordered several appetizers. Everything was delicious. If you like traditional Georgian food, this is definitely place to try. We particularly liked their eggplant with walnuts.

Not very suitable for kids and family dining. Was not at all impressed with the service which was slow and not keen at all. Forgot to bring French fries and then they remembered while all our food was done. Instead of simply apologising, server kept insisting that we take the parcel and eat later. We had to ultimately be stern and decline. Food was average as well.

It’s almost impossible to call through to get a booking so we walked in. This place has the best Georgian food so far, not all Georgian food is created equal. We went to the very highly reviewed Pasanauri and were disappointed. Comparing notes here. Ina was our server. She spoke well, was patient, and service was excellent. Our experience in this country is that service is either a super hit or super miss. Food was fantastic. We polished off everything. Portion sizes are generous, maybe even huge. Quality is well maintained. We are still dreaming of the creamy garlic sauce in the shkmeruli. They do it very well here. Must order.

We went there for dinner there was no wait we where immediately seated as a party of 5 and the staff where very nice its a more quite and classy vibe in the restaurant so we liked it. The food was between 25-35 lari per dish more on the expensive side but was very tasty the meat doesn't have as much spice as usual like other Georgian restaurants we tried but is up to personal taste if you like that or not. The home wine was great we took the red dry one. We wouldn't recommend getting the homemade lemonade with mint as there is a higher chance of the mint not getting well rinsed off so just go with the normal lemonade or berry if they have it. Generally good food great staff slightly more on the expensive side
