We had the most amazing, fun and memorable afternoon/evening preparing the dishes we would eat. With wine to welcome us to this beautiful countryside winery we were immersed in a very hands on experience. Chef was engaging, funny, warm and wonderful at you getting involved with how to make all the dishes. Even my husband who never cooks came home with renewed interes and we cooked our first pasta and ragu from scratch together. Cant thankyou enough.

We joined Chef Mauro’s cooking class at the end of August and had such a wonderful experience. He made the whole process fun and engaging. We learned how to prepare an incredible Tuscan meal step by step, and the results were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed, and we left with new skills, great memories, and full stomachs. One of the best cooking experiences I have ever done. Mauro was such a generous and thoughtful host. The experience went for 4.5 hours. We got there a touch early and were met with generosity, and free pouring wine that they make on the premises. It is surrounded by vines and fig trees that he picks and lets you eat. We made two types of bread, ravioli, bolognese and pork loin everything was excellent. We came on our honeymoon, and would do it again and again. Couldn’t recommend it more, incredible day
