It is an amazing service! It’s our first time in Italy and it was great that we could arrive with calm and safety internet our destination.
My flight back to Manchester was cancelled, I stayed overnight in Gallarate. My flight at MXP was at 6am, and I spent 3 hours trying to find a taxi. Uber and FreeNow were useless, no drivers available. The taxi stand outside Gallarate station was empty, the taxi phone machines there didn’t work. I called 6 other taxi companies, the call either didn’t go through or they refused. I called NCC Milano at 2am, and arranged to be picked up at 3:30am. He arrived a few minutes early, was extremely professional and charged a very fair rate. I could not be happier. I will only use this taxi company if visit the area again. I don’t know what I would’ve done, as there were no taxis available at such short notice, so late at night. Thank you!
