Daniel was a few minutes early and let us know he was there when he arrived. He was courteous and personable. He took us from our hotel to the airport quickly and safely. The van was clean and smelled great. It was a great experience closing out our trip to Rome.
Vasile was our driver today delivering us from the airport to our hotel in Rome before we joined our Trafalgar tour. He communicated with us to let us know he was at the airport and told us how to locate him . He was very professional, friendly and made us feel safe.
