Pickup is convenient, with guests selecting their preferred location during booking. The rental team will contact guests 24 hours before the reservation to confirm the pickup location and time. At the end of the rental, the boat is returned to the same loading and unloading ramp, where a staff member will assist with safely bringing it to the dock.
Every rental includes essential safety equipment such as life jackets, an anchor, dock bumpers, and dock lines. If the vessel has towing capabilities, a towable tube is provided free of charge. Knee boards, wake boards, and water skis are available for an additional fee, while guests without boating experience receive a boating orientation and safety briefing.
Up to two drivers may operate the boat, provided each has a valid driver’s license or has completed a boating safety course. Guests will receive information about local waterways and should follow all No Wake signs and navigational buoys. A valid major credit card is required for incidentals or damages, and listed rates do not include additional fees such as the online convenience fee.
