Pickup is simple and convenient, with guests selecting their preferred location during booking. The rental team will contact guests 24 hours before the reservation to confirm the pickup location and time. At the end of the rental, the boat is returned to the same loading and unloading ramp, where a staff member will help guide it safely to the dock.
Every rental includes essential safety equipment such as life jackets, an anchor, dock bumpers, and dock lines. If the vessel has towing capabilities, a towable tube is provided free of charge, while knee boards, wake boards, and water skis are available for an additional fee. Guests without boating experience receive a boating orientation and safety information before departure.
Up to two drivers may operate the watercraft, provided they have a valid driver’s license or have completed a boating safety course. Guests will receive information about local waterways and should follow all No Wake signs and navigational buoys. A valid major credit card is required for incidentals or damages, and listed rates do not include additional fees such as the online convenience fee.
