Pickup is made easy, with guests choosing their preferred location during booking. The rental team will contact guests 24 hours before the reservation to confirm the pickup location and time. At the end of the rental, guests return the boat to the same loading ramp, where a staff member will assist with safely bringing the vessel to the dock.
Safety remains a priority, with life jackets, an anchor, dock bumpers, and dock lines included. Boats equipped for towing also come with a complimentary towable tube, while knee boards, wake boards, and water skis are available for an additional charge. Guests without boating experience receive a boating orientation and safety briefing before departure.
Up to two drivers can operate the watercraft, provided each driver has a valid driver’s license or has completed a boating safety course. Guests will receive information about local waterways and should follow all No Wake signs and navigational buoys. A valid major credit card is required for incidentals or damages, while listed rates may exclude additional fees such as the online convenience fee.
