The rental team will contact guests 24 hours before the reservation to confirm the pickup location and time. At the end of the rental, guests return the boat to the same loading ramp, where staff will assist with safely bringing it back to the dock.
Safety equipment is included with every rental, including life jackets, an anchor, dock bumpers, and dock lines. Boats equipped for towing also include a complimentary towable tube, while knee boards, wake boards, and water skis are available for an additional charge. Guests without boating experience receive a boating orientation and safety briefing before departure.
Up to two drivers may operate the watercraft, provided each has a valid driver’s license or has completed a boating safety course. Guests will receive information about local waterways and should follow all No Wake signs and navigational buoys. A valid major credit card is required for incidentals or damages, while listed rates do not include additional fees such as the online convenience fee.
