Urmila, the owner, who lives & works in Old Bhaktapur, a UNESCO World Heritage city, is very knowledgeable about the local area and Nepal in general. She offers a full range of services, both inside Kathmandu Valley and beyond, from making tickets, travel arrangements & accommodations, to personally guided walking and driving tours around the area. If she doesn’t know the answer or a source for specific information or a specific item, she goes the extra kilometre to get the information and helps to make the connections requested. We met Urmila in Bhaktapur in the first few days of our 3 week trip to Nepal. She was absolutely amazing! She treated us like old friends, helped us with accommodation and bus tickets for all over the country, problem solved any issues that arose during our trip, organized the trek to Annapurna Base Camp with the most wonderful guide and porter. Highly recommend! It was such a weight off our shoulders to be able to just send a text with any questions and have every thing organized by someone we immediately trusted. It made our trip to Nepal so easy and we were able to just relax and enjoy the most beautiful holiday ever.
