Intermediate to Advanced (1 Lesson)

This advanced surfing lesson is designed for those who want to take their surfing skills beyond the basics and improve in a variety of maneuvers. Each lesson lasts two hours and is limited to a maximum of eight surfers per instructor, ensuring personalized attention. Participants will work on essential techniques such as paddling out, pop-ups, trimming, positioning, wave selection, catching unbroken waves, and developing water safety awareness. For more experienced surfers, the lessons include advanced skills such as top turns, cutbacks, speed generation, foam climbs, floaters, and competition strategies. The content of each session is tailored to meet individual needs, allowing surfers to progress at their own pace and focus on the areas that will enhance their performance most effectively.

All necessary equipment is provided, including 5mm thick winter-grade wetsuits, boots, gloves, and hoods to ensure comfort and safety in varying water temperatures. Lessons take place at Sandend, Moray Firth, with alternative times and dates available upon request and subject to surf and weather conditions. Suds Surf School offers a relaxed and supportive environment for surfers of all levels, from beginners aiming to stand up on a wave to intermediates working on green waves or aspiring tube riders.
