The learning process begins with a beginner lesson focused on balance and stability on the board. Participants are initially towed by a support boat while starting on their knees and gradually learning to stand up. Once balance and control improve, riders begin to experience the sensation of gliding above the water as the hydrofoil lifts the board. With practice, participants progress to riding independently and “flying” across the lagoon.
