This past weekend in Connemara was one of the best experiences of my life so far. Everything about the course was just perfect. The material, the equipment, the energy and environment, and most importantly the people! Daithí is a legend, very professional and a great teacher. I’m already planning to do AIDA 3. 10/10

Totally surreal 5 days in Italy.. If you want to try Freediving, improve get AIDA Freediving certifications. Daithí is the man in Ireland to contact. He is based out of Dublin but has trips abroad to Y-40, Egypt and others. A very holistic approach to the sport of Freediving. He combines his vast knowledge of Apnea and creates a totally unique vibe only created from someone so passionate. Daithí explains exactly how you can hold your breath, dive to depths you never imagined you could all while gently guiding you out of your comfort zone. Highly recommend!
We went on an Italy trip with Freedive Ireland to dive at the Y40 and it was an amazing experience. Daithí has incredible knowledge when it comes to freediving. Really recommended him and his skills to anyone looking to start or perfect their freediving technique 🤿
I was lucky enough to nab a spot on one of the combined AIDA level 1+2 courses and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Daithí is an incredibly patient coach, everything from the location to the way in which the course is structured helped us all achieve some pretty impressive goals in a short space of time. It was a really wonderful way to learn an amazing skill in a completely safe and relaxed way, I had a blast
