We had the best excursions with Brian and Vincent at ricks cafe and the black river. They were both so informative and we learnt so much. The trips went smoothly, everything was on time and we just had so much fun. We thoroughly recommend Major One Tours. They’re easy to contact on WhatsApp and really responsive! Amazing xx

Major One Tours was exceptional! The day of our arrival Jamaica customs was having internet issues causing us to be stuck in the terminal for over 3 hours. When I went outside I expected our pickup to be cancelled and the driver long gone. Thankfully this was not the case. We went to the scheduled pickup spot and there was a friendly driver there to greet us and get us out of the chaos of Montego Bay airport pickup area. Our driver hurried away my entire group of 6 including my Father in-laws walker and bags away and we were off to the resort and relaxing in our vacation worry free in no time at all and without having to stop at every resort along the way. We had so much fun with our driver we forgot to let her know when we wanted to be picked up. AGAIN no problems! Honestly at this point I was being a pain in the rear if you ask me. I had my Hotel call the number provided and the person assured me that I would be picked up on our departure day on time. Again the had a problem because my airline changed my boarding time by over an hour the day before. So called the number frantically from my phone and someone some angel answered and was able to assure me that we would be picked up on time. The morning I needed to be picked up we had a ride. Thank goodness we selected this service. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Major one Tours

What a great company. Excellent communication, easy to work with and very punctual. Super friendly drivers willing to go above and beyond for you. And Derron is an amazing contact to have because he’s always quick to answer and help you out. I will only ever use major one from now on. I did both an airport transfer to Negril and a transfer to dolphins cove and had a great experience both times.
