My husband and I just celebrated our honeymoon at this location! WOW, what an amazing experience! We decided on the preferred club, and it was absolutely worth it. Our room had a private pool, which was amazing to have our floating breakfast in. Our room was consistently stocked with cold drinks and snacks, and cleaned everyday. All of the restaurants and room service was delicious and met our cravings. You can’t beat the views, the pools, and the beach. We enjoyed all of the entertainment, from the beach Olympics, to the awesome pool DJ, to the nightly shows. The staff treated us like family and royalty. A shout out to a few of the staff who truly made our experience special. Alex bartended at the pool bar and is the BEST- always get his fresh made mai tai’s! Adrian from the French restaurant was so knowledgeable and fun; we loved that we also got to see him one day at the buffet. Brian, our butler, was always fast to respond and meet our needs; even when I wasn’t feeling well and needed Gatorade asap. Flower was my favorite dance partner at the night entertainment. All the staff were incredible, but these 4 are the best. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun vacation, you must try Secrets!

This resort was Unbelievable!!! The staff went out of their way to be sure that you felt welcome and made sure you had the best vacation possible!!! My wife and I were very impressed and happy with our butler Manuel who went more than the extra mile to be sure our stay was the best possible!!! He was very helpful to recommend activities for each day and checked on us each day at the pool or at the beach to be sure our vacation was top notch! He recommended a great restaurant for us to celebrate my wife's birthday and even had balloons delivered to the room!!! Manuel is THE BEST!!! Fanny Luz was AWESOME and made sure that we were very well taken care of by the pool!! She was very personable and made sure that we had a seat by the pool everyday and drinks in our hands all of the time!!! We snapped pictures of her many times to keep her in our memories!! (Outstanding!!!) She made us feel like part of her family while we were at the resort!!! If you do not get the chance to meet Fanny Luz, you will miss an opportunity to meet an Outstanding person!!! We Love You, Fanny Luz!!! Johnathan was also Outstanding!!! He made sure our drinks were full ALL of the time!! This guy worked extremely hard to go to the bar and back to the beach and always had a smile on his face!! Tremendous job Johnathan and thank you!! And Demby who was a server at the restaurants. Demby should be promoted to a much higher level as he was very personable and went many miles beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcomed and part of the family!!! He did an outstanding job to make my wife's birthday a memorable night with superior service at our table and then remembered us the next morning for breakfast at the restaurant. He also made us feel as though we were one of his family with his outstanding service!!! This Resort was OUTSTANDING!!!!

The resort is absolutely amazing! The facilities are excellent, the food is superb, and the overall service is wonderful. We especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by three bartenders at the Marlin Beach Bar: Ruben, Juan, and Jose U. They were not only incredibly efficient and friendly but also true artists. They consistently made beautifully presented and delicious drinks for the ladies in our group. Their attention to detail and creative approach made our visits to the beach bar truly special. Thank you, Ruben, Juan, and Jose U., for making our stay so enjoyable!
