Celebrated our 1 year anniversary with a getaway to Montego Bay. As much as I want to give five stars for the service, my experience was fair to good. Before I get into details I just want to share that these employees made our stay so much better and deserve 5 stars on their own- the restaurant employees Doreen, Annmarie, Ahmaal, Dickiesha, and Schecklin were AMAZING. Sean at the front desk was also great. Didn't get any of the housekeeping staff names but they were all pleasant. The buffet was by far the best dining experience, we tried the Asian restaurant and we were not impressed. I wish we did try some of the othe dining options. The property itself was beautiful even with construction happening and our room was very spacious. We did not get the baby crib we requested in our reservation and the temperature in the room was not very cool. After begging for 2 days, we finally got a fan. Our TV also had some weird audio issues, we eventually got that addressed as well. If you're celebrating your honeymoon or anniversary, don't expect any special acknowledgement from anyone or any kind of celebration. We noted what we were celebrating and I guess because we weren't buying any spa packages or booking the romantic special for a fee, it didn't matter. Overall we had an okay experience. I would explore other options if I visit the area again.
Kenloy did an excellent job at Aunt Ruby's Steakhouse. He was very attentive, energetic and respectful. By far, me and my family's best restaurant experience on the resort. Food was just as great as service. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Chef was cool also. Hostess was wonderful and seated us very fast.
Iberostar Jamaica - what can I say. 5 stars all round. Some of the very best food we’ve eaten at any all-inclusive restaurant anywhere in the world, and such friendly and professional service. We enjoyed a particularly lovely meal at their Italian restaurant, Soe Mia. Neita our server and Lishan the hostess couldn’t have been any better. Such a smiley and gorgeous welcome to the restaurant from Lishan who was so helpful in understanding the menu options. Absolutely perfect. And Neita was so thoughtful and helpful for our 6 year old son, who ended up with a delicious dinner crafted from the options on the menu. Such personalised and thoughtful service. Thank you.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Mel Money has been absolutely amazing. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. She ensured my family and I were having an amazing vacation. She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She deserves a promotion. She’s a great employee. My concierge was Colin, he promised to take care of my family and I and I have seen him twice during our 13 day stay. Colin did not check on us to see how our vacation was going, promised things that he never delivered. He is was useless as a concierge we did just fine without him. Tiana was a great to our family, she ensured that we were taken care of at the buffet. Her customer service is top tier. Kelisha was also amazing to our family, she checked on use and ensured that my family and I had everything we needed. She was amazing and should be promoted because she goes above and beyond for her job responsibilities. There are so many others that show love and kindness to us through out our stay. We had an amazing time. Thanks to everyone who showed us kindness and made our vacation amazing.
Mell Money is the girl! Best person to have greeting people down by the pool. The entertainment crew is awesome. This hotel has an amazing view! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming! Had a great first time experience Only thing about the room was it was kind of hard to flush the toilets. Had to flush a few times to get toilet paper to go down. Other than that, it was amazing
