Spend a weekend surrounded by the inspiring architecture and natural landscape of Taliesin in Spring Green Wisconsin. This intermediate photography workshop guides participants through capturing the beauty of Frank Lloyd Wright design and the surrounding hills across the 800 acre estate. The experience begins with an evening tour of Wright home and a welcome reception where participants meet the instructor and fellow photographers. Early sunrise sessions and sunset shoots allow photographers to practice working with changing natural light while exploring architectural composition and landscape framing.
Throughout the workshop participants learn practical techniques for scouting locations understanding light and photographing architecture using different lenses. Classroom sessions introduce editing techniques using Adobe Lightroom Classic along with peer photo discussions that help strengthen creative vision and technical skills. Comfortable guestroom accommodation on the historic estate allows participants to fully immerse in the environment while enjoying shared meals and time to explore the surrounding artistic community of Driftless Wisconsin.
