Our day started from good to fantastic. We greeted from the guide name Stephane . He sounds passionate about his job. We went to Loyola and saw a beautiful church, then went to Zaroutz that was beautiful little town. Then highlights was went to San Sebastián, he gave us a lot of good informations about basque region and recommended some good pintos restaurants to have a lunch which was v good too . Wish could stay there little longer, never mind we will back in some time . Also he gave us some good recommendations of restaurants in Bilbao which was excellent. So far we learned a lot about basque region from him that I thought was fantastic.

Stephan is very knowledgeable and impressive with his capacity to guide in two languages equally. The range is information he knows and shares is significant. I loved that this tour gave a combination of history, economics, culture, architecture, village, city, and landscape

Stefan was a great guide, shared his knowledge of basque history and culture and took great care of us. The Loyola sanctuary was impressive, Getaria nice and San Sebastian the jewel in the crown. The restaurant he sugested for lunch had great pintxos, and there was time to do a little walk after the tour. A must do in Bilbao.

You have to see it with your own eyes in order to understand how amazing this sanctuary really is. The architecture is amazing, the story behind is even better. I would totally recommend to use the audio guide

It is the Basilica surrounding the house of St Ignatius Loyola where he was born and later had his conversion experience. It's a holy place. The house of Ignatius is beautiful and is preserved in is original glory. The room where he had his conversion is turned into a chapel. It's the centre of the world for the Jesuits and the Ignatian family.
