Student group size per day is limited by grade level, and advance booking is required to secure discounted rates. Backpacks are not allowed for students and must remain on the bus, while teachers and chaperones may carry one bag each. Cancellations must be submitted in writing in advance to qualify for a refund. My experience in Airline Flight Academy was really bad. I'm spanish. When I got at flight academy' premises I told to receptionist that I wanted to talk to any assistant who could give me information about the type rating so the receptionist called by phone to and It handed me the phone so I talked to him. In spite of, I told him by phone that I've just come to Ireland to look information for and I emailed to it several emails which never were answered. He told me that He is meeting with me at the reception. I waited him for a while, who never showed up at. After 30 minutes waiting for the receptionist wrote down an email address and It told me that I must email to that email address, whereas the receptionist told me that this company is open 24 hours. The question is, is this a joke?. The fact is, First, That man was rude, Second, I emailed to a lot of emails and no have some answer coming from. I only say that this company has a rude behavior and it's not respectful with pilots I am pretty upset with so I will look for other company where I can be done type rating.
Honestly cannot praise this company enough. Great facilities, fantastic instructor and management. They prepared me well for my assessment - as long as you put the work in, this place is your talisman. Many thanks!
