Derek our bus driver was fantastic. Derek made this bus ride amazing and fun. Great information, entertaining, funny, and so warm. He is a true ambassador for New Orleans! Everything ran perfectly on time. Enough time to check in, use the restroom, and shop in the gift shop. We had Captain Marc who was also awesome!!! He was so much fun, we felt safe, and we saw a lot of animals although it was chilly. He shared so much information, and gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos and videos. He also made sure that both sides of the boat had an opportunity to see everything. We had such a great time!! I can’t wait to come back in warmer weather!!
Toured with Derek from Bus 2! He was super friendly! And made the 40 minutes bus route feel like a 10 minutes one. Went out of his way to give us as many tips on the city as he could! Also gave as many good names as he could for us to eat at! Thank you so much Derek from bus 2! Then had an amazing tour in the swamp with Captain Ben! Very knoweledgable and attentive! We could see a lot of the wildlife today with his help even though the weather was kinda chilly. He also made sure to provide for great picture opportunities on both sides of the boat! I got my favourite pics of racoons ever! Highly reccomand!
The tour was fantastic and our guide, Captain Marc, made it phenomenal. He was able to answer 99% of our questions, and was honest when uncertain about any facts (always respect for honesty). His personality was entertaining, and really added to the swamp tour experience. We were lucky enough to see a lot of alligators, even though it was overcast and rather cool outside, and were treated with much more wildlife than I expected!! The included transportation was truly a bonus, but our driver, Dwayne, truly elevated even that experience in the dense fog. He added area information and humor to what could have been a doldrum ride. Thank you so much Dwayne and Marc for your hard work. I appreciate you both.
