An incredible experience! One of the highlights of my time in Taormina. From the start where Massimo took us to a fruit shop and butcher (as the markets were closed that day)explaining about the produce that we could buy and the history behind familes and their cooking tradition, to the walk to his house and then the class itself, I loved every single moment! Massimo very clearly explains every step of the cooking process, including the why we do things. And at no moment are you left standing there twiddling your thumbs as he ensures everyone has a job to do. It's lovely meeting people from all over the world and then working together to produce the most delightful meal. The cooking process was very easy ... even if you don't cook, you will find this such a great experience. The meal itself was delizioso! We all sat together outside in Massimo's courtyard. A glass of prosecco was given to us at the completion of the class and there was both red and white wine that was freely available the whole time. I highly recommend you do this cooking class. And you also get the recipes at the end to cook yourself at home! Do it. You will not regret it. Grazie Massimo :)
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience, Chef Massimo himself and the diversity of the menu. We are very experienced cooks and still took many things away from this class. This was the best meal we had during our trip and the view was exceptional. Chef Massimo did an excellent job of keeping tabs on everyone in the group as well as picking up that my son wasn’t feeling well and assisting with his needs. I highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

He makes learning about food prep, cooking techniques, choosing the best food at the market, and enjoying the flavors of what you make a lifelong dream. The location of his cooking class and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend this experience.
