Each tandem kayak rental includes one kayak, two paddles, two lifejackets, and two comfort seatbacks, ensuring a complete and comfortable setup for guests. Rental charges apply for the full duration the equipment remains in the customer’s possession, regardless of usage, and weather-related refunds are not provided.
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period, with any damage or loss resulting in fair repair or replacement charges. Renters are advised to remain cautious of theft and avoid leaving equipment unattended, particularly overnight. Optional damage insurance is available only for surfboard rentals, covering damage to boards but excluding theft, loss, injury, or other items, with separate coverage required for each board.
Reservations are accepted exclusively for weekly rentals, with free delivery and pickup available for bookings of $75 or more. Delivery services are limited to Hatteras Island locations, including Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras, providing a convenient and reliable rental experience for vacationers.
