All rental rates are based on the total time the equipment is in your possession, whether it is being actively used or not. Weather-related refunds are not provided, so it is important to plan your activities accordingly. While the equipment is in your care, you are responsible for any damage or loss, and a fair charge will apply for repair or replacement. Renters should also be careful about theft and avoid leaving equipment unattended, especially at night. For surfboard rentals, damage insurance is available, covering only the equipment itself, and each board requires a separate insurance purchase. This coverage does not include loss, theft, injury, or other items.

Reservations are available only for weekly rentals, giving you access to equipment for the full duration of your stay. Free delivery and pickup are offered for weekly rentals totaling $75 or more, though delivery is limited to Hatteras Island addresses, including the villages of Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras.
