Weather-related refunds are not available, so it is important to plan your activities carefully. While the equipment is with you, you are responsible for any damage or loss, and a fair price will be charged for repair or replacement. Renters should also be mindful of theft and avoid leaving items unattended, especially at night. For surfboard rentals, damage insurance is available, covering only the equipment itself. Each board requires a separate insurance purchase if coverage is desired, and this insurance does not cover loss, theft, injury, or other equipment.

Reservations are only available for weekly rentals, ensuring you have equipment for the full duration of your stay. Free delivery and pickup are offered for weekly rentals totaling $75 or more, but delivery is limited to Hatteras Island addresses, including the villages of Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras.
