All rental rates are based on the total time the equipment is in your possession, whether it is actively being used or not. Weather-related refunds are not available, so it is important to plan accordingly. While the equipment is with you, you are responsible for any damage or loss, and charges will be applied fairly for repair or replacement. Renters should also be cautious of theft and avoid leaving equipment unattended, especially at night. For surfboard rentals, damage insurance is available, covering only the equipment itself, and each board requires a separate insurance purchase. This insurance does not cover loss, theft, injury, or damage to other items.

Reservations are only available for weekly rentals, giving you access to equipment for the entire duration of your stay. Free delivery and pickup are provided for weekly rentals totaling $75 or more, though delivery is limited to Hatteras Island addresses, including the villages of Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras. By using our rental service, you can enjoy convenient, high-quality equipment without worrying about logistics, allowing you to fully focus on making the most of your vacation.
