Visited the polar express experience last year and couldn’t resist booking again for this year. Such a fantastic family experience. Due to some concerns regarding recent surgery we contemplated cancelling the experience. I decided to call and spoke to a very helpful assistant called Samantha. I am so pleased I called and explained our situation, Samantha provided with all the assistance and advice we required to help us attend without any concerns. Thank you Samantha for being a superstar! Part 2 - we attended the event on Sunday 21st and the service we received was second to none, everything that was discussed over the phone was delivered. A special mention to Chris, not just a car park attendant, he went out of his way to assist us through the venue and safely onto the train. He kept a look out for us and we were fully assisted. Our experience was amazing and it’s with a huge thank to all the wonderful people that work at the Embsay station for making this happen for us. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion. Excellent value for money and cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
We had a special day at the heritage railway as a birthday treat. We did the breakfast train which was amazing a very hearty with tea and coffee flowing for the trip. A brilliantly kept station with very helpfull staff. We would.highly recommend this for a day out 😁
Short but lovely. Lasted just over an hour but plenty of time to enjoy our afternoon tea, which was lovely. The staff were very busy but were lso very friendly. Great day out.
